Been a While.

I know I have been out of commission for a while. I am feeling better now. It took forever to get over that stupid flu but I think it is almost gone completely now. I hope none of Yall gets it. Let me tell you all I wanted to do is sleep.

Well in the past few weeks I have had a lot going on. I have a meeting today with a guy that is going to give me information on getting my Real Estate License. I have always been interested in it and I think I would do well at it.

The only reservation I have is the fact that I am not your typical Real Estate Agent, I am a bit out there, I have pink hair and a tattoo. Although I have held off on the piercing, I still get a few strange looks. I know Real Estate has a lot to do with appearance. I do have the ability to put people at ease and make them relax around me. I also have a weight problem, I know most people don’t think that would hinder a career but let me tell you I am judged more for the weight problem than I am for the pink hair. But I will overcome that. I am more motivated than ever now and I am going for it. So wish me luck.

Well I am going to get off of here, and get my day started.

Hi Tammy, Good luck with your Interview, I know that you will go far , you have as u say a way of putting people at their ease so dont worry, As for the extra weight if you are happy then the rest of them dont matter, I love Pink its my fav colour,

tammy,what you've said has struck a chord with me. you know i have my hair wild and wacky colours (i must redo mine thinking of it),i too am overweight by about 5 stone. i'm a professional nurse,mason & witch!! i have tattos and a fair few peircing. has that stopped me from doing what i want to do? NO!!! stuff what people think,they only probably wish they'd got the balls to do it anyway.as to those that choose to comment & stare,give them a wide berth,i do! keep you're courage and spirit & you won't go far wrong.its whats going on in your head & heart that counts. you go gal!
