What I think.....

Well I posted the Last question and I did not let you guys know what I think. So here goes.

I do not agree with selling sperm and eggs. I feel like these are your children and you have a responsibility to take care of them. If my sister needed an egg I don’t know if I could even help her. I would carry the child for her but I could not give her my egg. Every time I saw that child I would know she was mine. If it was her egg and her husband’s sperm I would carry the child but I couldn’t volunteer my egg or my husband’s sperm.

I know there are people who will say that it is a great idea, and I know it helps many people conceive each year. I also know it helps those who can’t have their own children. But I just couldn’t stand the thought of the child not being my DNA but being my husbands. In a way I would kind of feel like I was cheated on or if it were reversed that I cheated on my husband. I would rather tell a child they were adopted than to tell them they were half mine and we don’t know who the father was. I am not knocking those of you that have done it. I am just saying that personally I would rather not do it.

On to the next question:

Have you tried any "fad" diets and did they work?

Has anyone lost 100 + pounds on a diet?

Ok I would love to hear from you guys. If you don’t agree with my opinion let me know I am always up for a debate! Hope y’all have a great Sunday

i think you have a point there...bout the "selling your eggs"

anyway, 'bout the diet fads...yup, i already tried, but i didn't continue coz its so hard hehe esp the south beach hehe...plus some diet fads like atkins, my sis(a doctor) said that you really lose weight fast but in the long run, it causes damage to your liver...

i think if you really want to lose weight, its up to you...you decide, you control...you also need to be motivated in order for your own weight lost program to work, oh don't forget discipline...it takes a lot of determination to make it work. plus, i think you could eat anything you want, just in moderation...right now, i'm still trying hehe..but i lost a few pounds already (yeah only 2 hehe) but it still counts, and it feels good that your achieving something even if only little by little, you'll get there..

i'm not against those diet fads..but if your like me, who can't stand giving up rice, bread, sugar and salt...you'll make your own diet plan too!! hehe:)o:)
